Shiatsu is a touch-based therapy that originates from Japan. Various techniques such as massage, pressure, movement and stretching work with the meridians and acupressure points of East Asian medicine. A Shiatsu treatment is given over loose comfortable clothing making it safe and accessible.

Bespoke massage uses a range of techniques such as fascial techniques, massage, movement, stretching, cupping, acupressure points, breathing and body awareness education. The treatments aim to address tension or pain in the body by helping the body to rebalance.

Myofascial Release 60 Minutes

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a hands on technique that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions within the fascia, the connective tissue network that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs throughout the body. Unlike traditional massage that primarily targets muscle tissue and uses oil on the body, MFR addresses the entire fascial system, recognising that restrictions in one area can affect other seemingly unrelated parts of the body. Without using oil I will use gentle, sustained pressure to identify and release areas of fascial tightness, aiming to restore length, flexibility, and function. This approach can alleviate pain, improve range of motion, and address a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, trauma and injuries. MFR can be beneficial to receive both before and after surgery as it can support recovery and natural healing, especially around scars, (even many years after surgery). The goal of MFR is to promote a more fluid and balanced state within the body, allowing for improved posture, reduced stress, emotional release and enhanced overall well-being.

Scar Therapy treatments specially focus on reducing any issues related to surgery or radiotherapy. I use gentle and effective soft therapy techniques to

I have had my second massage today with Zoe. I am in awe of how my problematic area is already improving. I was having awful constant headaches but already I am seeing a great improvement in them.
Today was amazing and I am so pleased I decided to go. I am not a massage lover however Zoe is slowly relaxing me and I am beginning to relax and feel the benefit. Highly recommended 😊

I first went to Zoe due to headaches and a painful neck, shoulders. I was unsure as didn't really like massages.
I am now so glad I did as my headaches are nearly non existent and I really love going and come away very relaxed.
My problem is I don't relax, but going to Zoe has helped me massively.
